The exhibition, created because of the Gastronomic Forum Santiago 2010, can be visited until the next 21st of march.

This wednesday has been the last day of the Gastronomic Forum Santiago 2010. It finished with the participation of Joan Roca, from El Celler de Can Roca (Girona), and the deliverance of diferent prices. 

This wednesday has been dedicated to the wine professionals, with the participation of Josep Roca (El Celler de Can Roca, Girona), and Jesus Barquín (Jerez wines). 

The best cooker in the world talked about his future this morning in the Gastronomic Forum of Santiago. 

Ferran Adrià, the Sweet Forum and the 3rd Gathering of Gastronomic Bloggers were some of the main events of the first day of professional congress. Tomorrow, it comes the Wine Forum. 

Thousands of people visited the Gastronomic Forum during the first day. Tomorrow it's going to begin the professional congress, with the participation between others of Ferran Adrià. 

The different gastronomic activities in Santiago have been followed by lots of people in monumental places of the city.

This morning, the responsible of Economic Promotion and Turism of Santiago de Compostela, Xosé Manuel Iglesias, Pep Palau, codirector of the Gastronomic Forum, and Antonio Botana, president of the Nove Group, have explained during a press conference this interesting initiative.
